Issue Management

The Issue Management dashboards provide insights into how issues are created, handled, and resolved across EBRAINS RI. These dashboards combine data from GitLab and Zammad to help teams monitor workload, identify trends, evaluate resolution performance, and understand issue distribution by type, severity, project, group, and tags.

Two dashboards are available:

GitLab Issues

The GitLab Issues dashboard focuses on development and project-related issues across the EBRAINS RI. It provides visibility into open and closed issues, issue types, severity levels, project distribution, trends over time, and resolution performance, helping teams track progress and identify bottlenecks.

Zammad Issues

The Zammad Issues dashboard targets customer support activity managed through Zammad. It presents metrics on newly created and closed tickets, issue trends over time, resolution performance, and categorization by group, severity, and tags, offering a clear view of operational support engagement.
