These capabilities are implemented through the Open Metrics Framework, which collects data across various categories, including user behaviour, system performance, and service availability. By aggregating and correlating these metrics, the OMF enables data-driven decision-making and helps ensure that EBRAINS services remain reliable, performant, and scalable.
