Steps to Report a Bug Successfully

Visit the Project

Go to the specific project where you want to open an issue. You can find your projects under the Projects menu in the top navigation bar or use the search bar to locate the project.

Access the Issues Page

Within the project you wish to open an issue to, locate the issues tab located in the left sidebar and click on it.

Create a New Issue

Click on the New issue button in the top right corner of the Issues page.

Choose a Description Template

In the issue creation form, you will see a Description field.
Below the Description field, there is a Choose a template dropdown.
Click on it to reveal available templates.
Select the Bug Report template.

Fill in the Template

The selected template will populate the Description field with a pre-defined format.
Fill in the details according to the template placeholders. Make sure to provide as much information as possible.

Assign the Issue

Right below the issue description form, you will see an Assignee section.
Click on the Assignee dropdown to select the team member responsible for handling the issue.

Submit the Issue

Review all the information you have entered to ensure accuracy.
Click the Create issue button at the bottom of the form to create the issue.
